- If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Tickets purchased for non-refundable events are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@ventrtickets.com with your ticket details and reason for the refund.
- We will review your request and coordinate with the event organizer if necessary.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
- Clearly state your refund policy on your event page.
- Process eligible refunds promptly in coordination with Ventrtickets.
- Communicate any event changes or cancellations to attendees as soon as possible.
