  • Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policy as stated on the event page.
  • If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Tickets purchased for non-refundable events are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@ventrtickets.com with your ticket details and reason for the refund.
  2. We will review your request and coordinate with the event organizer if necessary.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Clearly state your refund policy on your event page.
  • Process eligible refunds promptly in coordination with Ventrtickets.
  • Communicate any event changes or cancellations to attendees as soon as possible.
